  15. It was difficult problem to identify and track, so support provided was very good. It was resolved by an update to the plugin, which I did check on the website before logging the issue, so if the current plugin version was more clearly indicated on your website this might have avoided having to log with support. – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.

Fantastic support, great availability from consultants , a product that works well and impresses users, and the ability to pick my name out of a hat for the Christmas GoPro prize all contribute to a 10 score.
