    Hi James,

    Thank you for talking the time to talk to me. As I stated, I do apologise that we let you down on this occasion. It was indeed, as you say, human error. We do usually have safeguards in place, to prevent us missing any support communications but we have recently made some internal changes and the alerts have not yet been put back in place - we have increased the priority to do so.
