  36. I worked with a guy called Paul Barnes on the issues we were having with our CTi implementation for SalesLogix V8. Paul's understanding of our requirements and deep understanding of the toolset meant we were able to find rapid resolutions to our production issues. Paul also helped answer my other questions regarding CTi support for our other systems and possibilities for future development.
