  12. We are still evaluating the software from a user perspective at this point so I can't give you a 10 overall. With that said, however, your support staff is very helpful, easy to work with and good about returning emails.   32. Support is knowledgeable and responds in good time. I sometimes am confused when told my issue is outside of support when I feel it is indeed a consequence of using the application and therefore support is applicable. The correct response to this would have been to give you some screenshots with explanations for the issue or to offer a remote session to look at this with you so that you get an understanding of what would be required.
