      Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. It is unfortunate on this occasion our product could not meet your requirements. Sometimes we are constrained by the CRM product capabilities we integrate with, which unfortunately was the case in this instance

      Hi James,

      Thank you for talking the time to talk to me. As I stated, I do apologise that we let you down on this occasion. It was indeed, as you say, human error. We do usually have safeguards in place, to prevent us missing any support communications but we have recently made some internal changes and the alerts have not yet been put back in place - we have increased the priority to do so.
