The correct response to this would have been to give you some screenshots with explanations for the issue or to offer a remote session to look at this with you so that you get an understanding of what would be required. I would be more than happy to offer you this remote session to look at the explanation and also to work with you to get a satisfactory result to this matter.   4. We have had the same technical issue since 5/14/20 that made CTI unusable. App crashed after every call was hung up. It is now 7/8/20 and we are still unable to use CTI. On 6/19/20 a patch for the 5/14 issue was given to us but it introduced another issue that made CTI unusable. The patch was not tested because if it was the issue would have been caught. The patch fixed the crashing issue but made CTI unable to end calls. It has been almost another month with no update and our company has lost productivity due to poor software releases. Having a product that our company relies on not be functional for nearly two months is unacceptable. The best part is that Qgate knew of this issue back in February of 2020. We had two users with the CTI crashing after the call was hung up issue but I had to give those two employees new computers to fix the issue. Qgate did not troubleshoot the issue further. If Qgate was proactive they would have looked further into the issue and we would not be dealing with this mess of a software program. – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.

  6. Whilst everyone at Qgate was very helpful, we did have to have multiple calls and repeated testing on several occasions to set up a function which we already had on the previous version of D365. This took several weeks and a lot of back and forth to resolve, but it is all sorted now. – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.

  13. QGate support quickly found the cause of the issue and told us how to fix to our Production issue. The only thing that should be improved is that the first person that answered my call told me that I could be contacted on Monday, which is not appropriate when a customer is calling because of a production issue that is preventing users to work. In such a situation, I would expect the answer to be that a QGate Support representative would contact me in a few minutes. – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.

      Thank you for the feedback you have provided. It is much appreciated

      During the first call, the Technical Services member did indeed overstate expectations.
      Although the timeline suggested during your call was incorrect, it is clear that after your call, the staff member escalated this and enabled a call with the Product manager within 1 hour of the case being raised.

      We are sorry for any confusion caused by the initial response.

  26. I would have given higher score but it was a little bit frustrating going back and forth by email trying to resolve the issue...and the response was not quite as quick as I would have hoped. I think we have a timing issue as well since you are in EU. Once we connected and had a screenshare call then the issue was fairly easily resolved. – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.
