I am sorry that on this occasion we did not meet your time expectation. As discussed, it was due to higher than usual call volume coinciding with staff shortage at the particular time your ticket was raised. Required assistance for something that QGate had previously done for us - first told it was not possible and have to pay for development, then told we could do it but the workflow we needed to run which was written by QGate no longer worked. Response time is reasonable but overall turnaround time to fix problem took long. I guess one reason is QGate lacks experience in remote support to Asia customers. The product is also not well proven for use by China customers, we are probably the first one, hope you credit our values to help you fine tune your product though we did report quite some issues causing your team's support effort. – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.
