Required assistance for something that QGate had previously done for us - first told it was not possible and have to pay for development, then told we could do it but the workflow we needed to run which was written by QGate no longer worked. In end issue resolved with what I managed to find out myself from web and suggestions from QGate – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.

Response time is reasonable but overall turnaround time to fix problem took long. I guess one reason is QGate lacks experience in remote support to Asia customers. The product is also not well proven for use by China customers, we are probably the first one, hope you credit our values to help you fine tune your product though we did report quite some issues causing your team's support effort. – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.

had an issue with disappearing CRM and was sent a long list of things that I had to check. The instructions were not as clear as I would like and some impossible (e.g. Disable antivirus software ) a remote session had to follow. I would prefer remote session immediately to save time. – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.

We do take the approach to clarify the situation and provide possible common fixes on the first response to attempt to accelerate resolution. We are always happy to follow up with a remote session to investigate further, which I am glad resolved your issue.
