Fantastic support, great availability from consultants , a product that works well and impresses users, and the ability to pick my name out of a hat for the Christmas GoPro prize all contribute to a 10 score. I am sorry that on this occasion we did not meet your time expectation. As discussed, it was due to higher than usual call volume coinciding with staff shortage at the particular time your ticket was raised. I am glad your issue was resolved successfully and am confident you will experience the swift resolutions you are used to in future.
