had an issue with disappearing CRM and was sent a long list of things that I had to check. The instructions were not as clear as I would like and some impossible (e.g. Disable antivirus software ) a remote session had to follow. We do take the approach to clarify the situation and provide possible common fixes on the first response to attempt to accelerate resolution. We are always happy to follow up with a remote session to investigate further, which I am glad resolved your issue.

Qgate are very friendly and I do get the information eventually. Sometimes I am a little surprised that quite basic administration questions like sharing PDQs with other users took over 24 hours to resolve, which was a little frustrating. – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.

We have identified a knowledge gap around the management of groups and in this example, less familiar terminology used, added confusion. Additional training sessions have now taken place across the team to make sure we can promptly provide you with a more informed answer.

As with many of the major technology companies, Microsoft endeavour to display as much information as possible however this is not always possible. In this scenario, logs and traces are recommended to gather additional information.

Each of our software is packaged to be download as one file, to include all plugins that are currently released. The download of our latest software can be requested through our website (Look for the button labelled, "Request Free Trial").
Release notes to each of our products are kept up to date on our Knowledgebase (http://www.qgate.co.uk/knowledge/). You can subscribe to updates to our Knowledgebase to be notified on releases as they are made, as well as other informative updates we make to our Knowledgebase.

I can't fault what the consultant did; having never seen this particular issue before he got to the bottom of the issue and fixed it in good time. As a company I'd have scored the experience higher if there had been a deeper understanding of the system and issue so it could have been resolved quickly without the consultant having to do as much legwork to establish a fix. – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.

QGate have never failed to offer support, your tech's are always helpful and the response time for followups are fast. I had an especially troublesome problem with CRM recently and Andie went out of her way to ensure our problem was solved and provided detailed followup analysis and guidance on future prevention.
