The instructions were not as clear as I would like and some impossible (e.g. Disable antivirus software ) a remote session had to follow. We do take the approach to clarify the situation and provide possible common fixes on the first response to attempt to accelerate resolution. We are always happy to follow up with a remote session to investigate further, which I am glad resolved your issue.
