Support could not solve the challenge or did not know how. With a little more effort googling, we were able to solve the challenge ourselves. Why your support didn't come up with the idea, I don't understand. At this point, I have to ask the customer why they pay money to QGate for support and then still have to solve it themselves. – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.

We are still evaluating the software from a user perspective at this point so I can't give you a 10 overall. With that said, however, your support staff is very helpful, easy to work with and good about returning emails. I can see where it would be more helpful to have expanded support hours for emergencies for customers not in your GMT time zone. – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.
