I can't fault what the consultant did; having never seen this particular issue before he got to the bottom of the issue and fixed it in good time. As a company I'd have scored the experience higher if there had been a deeper understanding of the system and issue so it could have been resolved quickly without the consultant having to do as much legwork to establish a fix. – Please use the box below to give us a reason for your score.
